COVID-19

Hope everyone is well and doing there best as possible to stay healthy and safe during this pandemic. I know for me, my mind has been going rapid with all the numerous news headlines and various updates pretty much everywhere you go.

I've found myself obsessing over these practices for reducing the spread by washing hands, keeping a low crowd and not touching my face etc.. All this can put a huge impact on our mental health especially if you are away from family or know someone affected. Just wanted to share some tips I've found helpful.

  1. Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media. Hearing about the pandemic repeatedly can be upsetting. 2. Meditation and also Study Music, I like the Alpha waves from here:

Hope these tips help in some way.

We are all in this together, and this will pass. Praying for many families around the world. Stay safe.
